Description

According to a preliminary report from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dien Bien province, from the evening of April 24th to the early morning of April 25th, 2026, hailstorms and strong winds occurred in the province, causing minor injuries to 4 people; 21 houses and 2 construction sheds had their roofs blown off.

Immediately after the natural disaster occurred, local authorities mobilized on-site forces to provide first aid to the injured and assist residents in repairing their homes.
